How much space does a Gus fridge need?
Roughly 1m² of floor space and a standard 230V power outlet. We'll take an internet connection if it's available, too. It fits in a kitchen corner, a hallway, or a dedicated break area. No ventilation or plumbing required.
Which Belgian cities does Gus Foods serve?
We currently serve offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, and Hasselt. If your office is in or near one of these cities, we can likely install within 2 weeks. Not sure? Contact us and we'll confirm availability for your location.
How often is the fridge restocked?
Restocking frequency depends on your team size and consumption. We set a schedule based on your needs — typically 2 times per week. You never have to track stock yourself.
What kind of food is in the fridge?
An assortment to cover every craving of the day: fresh meals, salads, meals to heat, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, yoghurts, juices, and drinks; sourced locally where possible. The range is curated based on what your team actually consumes, and updated regularly. No processed vending machine food.
What if the fridge breaks down?
Gus monitors fridge performance remotely. If a technical issue occurs, our team responds quickly. Food safety is our responsibility — you do not need to manage a breakdown yourself.
Is there a minimum company size?
Gus works well for offices from around 50 employees upwards. There is no hard minimum — it depends on your location and how your team uses the fridge. We're happy to advise during an intro call.
